By the sound of it I think it's time to replace one or several of the serpentine belts in the engine, depending on the model...

No idea what kind of engine makes such a hellish noise, you know I normally dig your stuff, but this time I must agree with iAN. If everyone releases any so-so SFX they ever made each with an own .SID file, HVSC folders will just become trashstrewn with stuff nobody would really intentionally want to listen to.
