LotA version is 1.2. LoB version is 1.0. Exomizer was used to compress the docs. Non-code game assets were not modified in any way, and code was left as intact as possible except for the savers and the main menus which needed large sections of rewrites.

LotA and LoB have separate space allocated for saves. LotA is in low rom banks $00-07, LoB is in low rom banks $08-0F. Saved games grow downward as they are written so that erases aren't repeatedly performed. If you wanted, you could export a save file from disk and write it at 07:0:1000 for LotA or 0F:0:1000 for LoB and it will load up just fine. You could also transfer them in the other direction, however adding new characters requires modifying the NAMES file on the character disk as well.
