Ok, everything solved, youTH confirms "AoN" was a short lived attempt of making a music group with such name, and confirms he and Hires did the tune.

In the scroller: "MUSIC BY THE ART OF NOISE". They don't mention in any part it was made by Mad B & Hires.
BTW in 1991 Collection #1 they don't say this isn't made by them - they say only tunes 3 and 13 aren't Rhyme design, and this tune is #11 - so it was always assumed it was by Rhyme Design (hence in Heatwave directory in HVSC).
Really don't know what to do here, Art of Noise never used Falco/20cc player, and Art of Noise (both were also in Audial Arts) neither, to be correct Patrick Peters/Audial Arts only used that player but seems he never was in AON, and to add confusion, this AON group seemed not already active in 1989, only 1990 releases.
