@mace: Yes, I have always wondered this.
Maybe he wasn't allowed to sell stuff through Firebird and used J.Fox as a pseudonym?
I wonder if it is based on the same code in anyway... | User Comment Submitted by Mace on 10 March 2007
There's an obvious resemblence with Sprite/Char/Screen Editor V2.3 from mr. Crowther.
That one dates from 1986, so it might be the 'mother' of this editor... ;-) | User Comment Submitted by Oswald on 11 April 2006
creamd, same with me :D this editor is an ammazingly flexible tool. You can do 90% of any imaginable sprite / char work with it. Back then when I started a new project usually this was the first thing to load up and design the gfx :) | User Comment Submitted by CreaMD on 9 August 2004
I love this editor since I loaded it. It was a love on first sight. I've used even in times when I only had datasette and final cartridge III. I still use it from time to time even today. The final up-scroller text for The Universal Dmagic Birthday Demo was edited in it. |
