How about opening a discussion in the forum and explain the problem to SAM and EDK as to a child, instead of expecting them to understand some of the principles. Of course basic principle is giving credit where credit is due, and everyone should know that before releasing anything.. seems like it's not taught in schools... so should try to teeach some of us. And if that won't work, then shoot.

Linking? Ripping? There was no such thing done here. That would require one to actually rip some files or data from the source and then re-link it :) We would actually need "intro removal" or "patching" credits here. :)
