When you're about to enter the good ending, the player character's state isn't reset, so you'll be able to see some amusing things happen if you are jumping. If you are falling from high you could even die in the end sequence due to falling damage.

Also if you have a save from before the final boss played with hardest difficulty up to that point, you can reload the save with any difficulty and still get the hardest difficulty bonus points after defeating the boss.

Probably not going to fix these as these are fairly minor and don't break the game.
