Splash screen leaves us rather more confused than any wiser...
"first fasion[sic!] chanched[sic!] his name
into condor, and condor is not a live as
group,and condor (fasion) has joint:
TEKNIQUE"
*shrug*
So maybe condor has been a group, but after being reduced to 1 member only it was only a person ("fasion"?) who used the handle Condor when joining TEKNIQUE. However, I'm not really convinced that newly found group had more than one member...
But as this guy obviously was an EvS fan and the Henglish (Holland-English) also fits, it might be the same Condor

Maybe some of the still active Wise Guys can enlighten us?

According to the scroll text: Fashion (who did the coding and made the graphics) was a member of the group Condor but then joined Tekniq. At that time he was the only member left of the group Condor. I don't know if Fashion is the same as scener Condor in the database.
