Bacchus: As I understand it you did not work from the original original. So the real original should not have the whale bug, but perhaps a copy protection?

Agree - it has no copy protection and standards were agreed much later. Helped me in one way - I could extract the whale data. That was bugged in my version as it was bugged in the original. So I have reasons to
upload a new one ...

I won't defend this release (I just found it), and I think scene standards were different back in the days, if they existed at all. It was released though. That is what this release tells us. Perhaps some copy protection was removed? I dunno.

Not properly file based. All they did was changing the games own text ...

In our version we were quite clear that ours is properly file based according to scene standards ...
