I've figured out where the picture is from. It's found in release Koala Printer from 1986. Perhaps the picture was distributed with Koala Painter. Not sure.

This demo is from 1988. The one Mike found is from 1989.

I've found 3 other demos from 1986, 1987 and 1988 with the same tiger:

Probably the one from 1986 is ripped from somewhere else with modified eyes so not the original.

Found on a disk tegether with That's the Way It Is [compo version], Sarcophased, and Dossier Commodore, so surely part of Commodore Dossier Demo Competition.
