First you have to update the CPLD firmware via PC USB = EasyFlash jumper set to PROG. Then flash the new menu = EasyFlash jumper set to DATA. Flashing the menu also works fine via Easytransfer USB tool, or disk/sd-card as you said. Probably works with an older easyprog version too. The new menu includes Easyprog-1.8.0 then, which has a new "L" slot for flashing the FC III bin.

remember though: you have to update the CPLD before FC3 will work :)
