I dont have any reason to believe that the origin of this NTSC Fix is anything other than what Image is saying it is.

Having said that, this copy is going to cause confusion. It's obviously not the original release, having been spread by "Mike" from Quebec and it looks like sides 2 and 3 are from the original release of the Druids crack, with a note from Life. It could be speculated that this is actually an import/fix of the Druids crack instead of a currently-missing-from-the-Db Beastie Boys crack, if Image were mistaken about the origin.
