Only tested with V2.13.9 of the cc65 toolchain

Apparently none of the .prgs build with cl65 V2.16

The per platform binary releases are are fine for sfxes, but for people who want to build stuff I'll make a point release that's a tad more cl65 version agnostic soon. Thanks groepaz for catching this one.

(also, cc65 etc live at https://github.com/cc65/cc65 these days, but that's no help to you until I update the sources.)
