Good info here:

The Bard is established not only as a member of Napalm but its' founder.

The Punisher is established as a member of Napalm, also they changed their handle to The Criminal.

Midnight Stalker established as a member of Napalm.

James Bond established as a member of Napalm.

Verified 1989 release, pushes back Napalm's previous origin date of 1990.

Damn good find.
