Just to clarify the tune that was used for the loader (tune 12) was Shepherd, that can be found here:

This does not loop and does not show the same weird out of synch error.

hihi, weird, it must have become corrupted a little when importing the loader into the rest of the soundtrack as it shouldn't even loop and then one of the pattern lengths is off so it all goes out of synch. Hadn't noticed it but you know, what the hell, will leave it as is as a curiosity. AS errors go it is a weird and interesting one as it shows how bad music played out of synch across the different voices can be ;-)

The ending of tune 12 is quite... erhm... interesting. From 2 minutes and 5 seconds til 2 minutes and 54 seconds.

I think the slightly over a boundary range (2 bytes) is as a result of incorporating the loader into the same .sid in that case lol

As I only had to rip the title tune I can just guess iAN hints at range unnecissarily crossing RAM below BASIC ROM, range of $8000-$A001 (the .SID you upped) seems rather fishy/easy to hack down to $8000-$9FFF.

And what Yogi sez about "squeaky" might(!) be due to him only listening on some SID-Player on poor speakers or even cheap-o-headphones, in that case it's in fact got some annoying potential due to high frequency. On real hw or even on WinVICE with 8580 (no matter whether fast or reSID) with some proper bass headphones I had no such experience.

@Yogi stating "#8 is no more", it definetely _IS_ but only in normal/arcade mode (the map screen), not in challenge mode (linear game -> no map -> no mapscreen no tune #8). Dudes, our trainers are just a proof of our massive schlongs and not meant to be actually used, you philistines, cheating makes Baby Jesus cry ;)

BTT: I think this soundtrack's really epic, you keep getting better and better.

Not sure what is meant about the two bytes (Ian).

Not sure about the squeaky sounds either??

Too bad of all those squeaky sounds and #8 isn't longer. Great potential here!

The provided sid is not correct, as it has TWO (!) bytes at $a000 that won't be read normally. I'll fix it for HVSC inclusion.

Soundtrack to the newly released Age of Heroes (includes loading tune). In game tunes are 2 voice only, while title, map, jingles, etc. use 3 voices.
