This is 34 blocks. Here's what unp64 spits out:

TBC Multicompactor, unpacker=$0100

pass1, find unpacker: $0100

What you're left with is a 158 block monster (with a lot of empty space ofc), with a header that's one of those BASIC loaders that tells you which joystick port to use and then loads in the ML and SYS starts it. The ML is of course already loaded, which someone did before they crunched it, so this is also a one-file job. Unfortunately there's no trace of who did it.

Also this is the 1983 Trashman (the Pac-Man clone) not the 1984 one.
