I'd say it's the same crack/trainer as the NMI release.

There is no evidence that this is an import of the Ikari crack, as it was common to greet the Euro group who originally cracked the game first, the conclusion would be FAC here.

Also They pretend this to be NTSC fixed, but they
just removed the music on the title screen
