I've marked the release as corrupt again. The disk is broken and many files are cross-linked.

If we remove the flag again we will not search for a better copy. That you found another copy which might be copied from the same source is not a proof that the disk is spread like this.

I've cleared the 'corrupted' flag on the file available for download (fasthackem95a-MikeJHenry-sb168201-Page-ZimmermanSet2.d64). It's the same (byte for byte) as a more or less working image I've found elsewhere (MD5SUM e260e1c611500e77f2024cfadda54609).

Further, I'm pretty sure this is a scene-assembled release, not a real release by Mike J. Henry and Basement Boys Software. All the "x.y mhz boot" directory entries point to the same file on disk, "fastboot v3" is just previous releases' "fastboot v2" with messages changed, there are a lot of grafted-on modules from various coders etc.

Files for 3.1 Mhz Boot and 2.6 Mhz Boot are broken, other boot options work. I've marked the release as broken.
