I believe the responsible parties for this release might be The Cobra and Zen, both later members of Higher Computer Science and The Last Science. Have to verify this with greetingslists and so on... (EDIT: Both are verified - check).

Nice aesthetics with the overlapping expanded sprites and the chars running behind them, and an attractive 1986/87 vibe going with that.
