Perfect results demo for an awesome compo! Happy i made it into it!
(Am a bit surprised that Quasar Sprite Font 256b was beaten by Oldskool Sprite Font 256b, but that's the beautiful mystery of sprite font compos)

Shadow: that 68b ROMchar idea is ancient, Crossbow has done that in Bouncy Cars about 25 years ago! ;-)

Nice presentation!
A pity I didn't win. I wanted to see Shadow going mad and see a way how to do a scroller with my masterpiece.
also a pity I didn't end last. downvoters were better in the old days! :)

WVL: Of course I use a generated font! :D
It's one of my entries for the char-font-compo: Simple Yet Effective [68 bytes]
But with upper/lowercase standard charset as base instead.

Gotta say, I'm loving Fontesquieu against a dark background. Rear end of the letters fading into the darkness.
