Talked to the original dev. Yeah it's bugged. He may or may not fix it as it's only supposed to be an example program for XCBasic

Nice little game - until it crashes anyway. I found the lower invaders going off-script and not keeping up with the rest of the aliens. Not sure if deliberate.

this c64 version of space invaders is very close to the original coin-op, and like Joe said it's a wonderful game. IMHO no space invaders clone should be cracked by fake labels.
