| guess it's an outdated emulator problem, just managed to make it crash with VICE2.4 (not in the menu, though, ingame) but on 3.7.1 it seems to do behave as it should -> corrupted flag removed |

Try waiting for the intro to end (don't press any key or joystick) -> CPU JAM $960d
If you on the other hand skip the intro all you get is corrupt graphics/sound/game... |
