Yes, you are right Wil. I made this little proggy on request and that's what has been requested. I am open for any suggestions. And I also work on an improved version. Any further suggestions are welcome.

Great idea, but why replacing with a '?'? The question mark is a wildcard, and therefore the filename with a '?' is also not easy to handle. For example, trying to save a file with a '?' in it leads to floppy error #33. Would it be possible to add an option for switching the inverted spade with another character?
