It does appear to be unique. The +BUR2 file is the same 153 block Burger Time standalone game file you usually see, except it has not been edited by anyone (see XOR's Burger Time for an example). It has L.BRAINE's (the programmer) signature in the sys line.
What's really weird about this is the +BUR1 file, which is just a cut copy of the +BUR2 file that ends around address 3797. What could be the purpose of that, and why is it part of the basic boot? It never even gets to line 40 in the boot. And why the POKE 650,2? I would assume this loader is entirely superfluous, that's the only thing the loader actually does that would be different from you loading the standalone +BUR2 file on your own. Maybe it helps with using the keyboard to control the game? Yes, I spent wayyy too much time looking at this. | User Comment Submitted by iAN CooG on 17 July 2020
Then why even uploading it if you think it's not worthy?
If the crack is scene-wise important, so is the cracker. | User Comment Submitted by r242 on 17 July 2020
"Cracked" by Droid Software. Not worth an entry. |
