Original programmer was B.W. Behling, 1984, who did a couple other mag games: Construction Co. and the wargaming mag game adaption Futurewar!

The blurb from the kraksnax website is quoted below. This v1.0. Basic off the source was a real ballbuster and it's limitations were pushed. I might do a follow-up version at some point. Long story short, for some unexpected reason the 'nitrogen narcosis' factor and a few other treasures are a little too scarce, etc. When I have time I will take another deep look and dive back in.

"Explore the S.S. Tramiel: the ship-wrecked freighter containing the long lost shipment of C64 stuff, from the Tramiel fleet... An enhancement of an old-school US/NTSC '84 magazine game, this new reboot features: aggressive shark mode with non-cheatable timing; a chance of divers contracting 'nitrogen narcosis'; rankings along with over 64+ unique Commodore C64 treasures!"

Another game I loved as a kid and likely typed in from a mag. I just hope this game mod does not end up being my moby dick.
