I set it to '93, just due to written text by one of the writers.. stating <handle> '93.... could be end of '92
However, it was on a diskside that also contained this entry: Groningen Ole!

I think it's from 1992. They write about waiting for Crazy Cars 3, that the latest Genetic Dreams was just released and that people are reading Genetic Dreams #15, which would date it to 28/11 1992. Seems valid according to Come 2 Groningen and also coincided with Venlo Meeting November 1992.

Released at one of the Groningen partys in '93, but which one?
States that it's held at the same date as one of the Venlo meetings..
