Ok, I reread Marcel's message two more times, and he meant that he coded it but didn't compose it. He doesn't remember who composed it, but it wasn't him.

It's "Ein Fall für Zwei", originally by Klaus Doldinger for a TV series. One of the characters' name was Josef Matula.

There are a couple of SID versions of it, the first I heard was CosMail (tune 02).

Just got confirmation from Stringfellow, he coded it. Can't remember anything if he also composed the music.

Mabye Stringfellow, he remixed a tune by Diflex in Still-Ruling, i.e. he played around with music editors.

Markus Schneider replied to me and said he didn't do it.

Markus Schneider sure made some tunes in Sound-/Rockmonitor, so it's likely to be his. Anyway, we just ask him. Ripped and scheduled for HVSC #54.

Nice tune!
Markus Schneider (Diflex) seemed to be the only musician in Level 99 at the time, but it's pretty doubtful that he composed music in RockMonitor, especially in 1989.

Who made this tune? Not in HVSC...
