Dex-D = Deazipan, so apart from 2 in DeepSID's upload folder there's also 4 in HVSC.

@theryk: yeah there are few users of defmon around. Goto80 Ilkke, f7sus4 and dex-d. That's pretty much it, as far as the demo scene goes. Dex-d is active on chipmusic.org and is not the same as anders/goto80.

@TheRyk: As it happens, the tune was made with the same music editor as Goto80 is using. Nice one! Somehow this tune sounds like someone who is used to analogue synths, and then using the C64/SID much in the same way (rather than coming from a demo scene background).
