It can stay. It's clearly a derivative work, someone ripped off the part from the demo which is apparently track loading (no visible files on the directory, you have to use an "unformat" program to find and relink the deleted files) to make it a single filer and slapped an intro on it.
Lame as you want, but still not a dupe.
Also: not a TAT release, but this Niels van somethingsomething who isn't listed.

Found on Echo's Diskettes. Not sure what TAT that is. Really good animated Duck Baby's fitting good to the digi sound with movements. Cool release.
