bootloader changes

3 assemblies....
changes:
V1 2 images as the original game
V2 1 image, no original intro, all 20 levels
V3 1 image, original intro, 10 levels of my choice, elf's maximum speed at all levels
original fastloader saved on all versions
versions fully compatible with each other
don't change files and directory to v2, v3 and v1 on side a. it will ruin the image.
use other discs to create your own levels
