Hm, I could not find any evidence inside the crack that Cerberus did the NTSC fix. The Mirage intro just says they're welcoming him as a new member.

please add Cerberus credit for ntsc fix.

Release date is wrong.
Scroller from Mirage says 8/20/91 -> 20th of august not 02 august.
