* Changes $d011 per frame to wiggle the screen one line up and down per frame.
In accordance with rule: "animations are allowed. $d011, $d018 and vic-bank can be changed once per screen."

* Changes $d018 per frame for double buffering.
In accordance with rule: "animations are allowed. $d011, $d018 and vic-bank can be changed once per screen."

* Uses a full sprite layer to get 128 virtual characters at half y-resolution.
In accordance with rule: "Read the rules again. Nothing about sprites in the rules... The 1st who mentioned "his entry" does not use sprites was ZeSmasher. As the rules dont mention sprites they are allowed."

* Color registers for the sprites are split twice per frame.
In accordance with rule: "color register change per line basis is ok."
