Interesting story and good release.
Please make sure to donate.

Here are some additional changes I noticed while playing.

Missing the Snack Man intro, I am assuming this intro was used to show off to publishers.

Different Transition Screen between levels and at death.
Game speed changed
Different Maze Color Dots
Clearing High Score Arcade Affect before game launch
Letter case changes on top score screen

In my opinion, the overall changes make it look more like the arcade version of Pacman.

Interesting story. So someone at a publishing company leaked the game into the public domain? What I don't get is why the pacman sprite wasn't then changed as he said he was going to do. That part doesn't add up. You need pacman to make the C of SNACKMAN in the title.

Anyway, there's another game called Target-X in his GitHub. I guess we'll see that soon enough here. Will probably get confused with Richard Bayliss' game.
