Besides, there's a whole old discussion already in the forum (see link in the right)
Also notice that there is a slightly different version that says 1989 on screen, it's the only difference in the binary (1988/1989)
It was upped as a different entry on csdb, now kept both version in this entry anyway.

No, it's correct, it's /MUSICIANS/T/Tel_Jeroen/Turbo_Outrun.sid tune #1, the loader tune+digi.
It's the release name that's misleading, it was probably meant for the game (that wasn't) Outrun Europe like Out Run Europe Music and Soundeffects but it ended up as loader tune for Turbo Outrun.

Shouldn't the SID here be Outrun Europe and not Turbo Outrun?
