I'll tell you what this looks like to me, this looks like it was supposed to say "GAMES BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE BANDIT JR:" and it's a collection of games called "64 GAMES 83", as in #83 in the collection. Text edited by The Pirates.
Mancopter is Mancopter. The other two are uncredited, unique cracks. Flak is corrupt. |

| It says "By The Bandit Jr." in the listing, but maybe that's just for coding the menu and not actually released by him? |
