you're right, the guitar really sounds similar to Metallica's Sanitarium (Welcome Home), never heard this song before.

Excellent work of converting the orchestration from the tracked original, which is one of the best tracks in the game for me. The guitar is a bit like Metallica's Sanitarium (Welcome Home), which makes sense, the sanitarium is the Unatco HQ :)
