Excellent piece. Would love to see more stuff going this way - abstract & experimental!

@TheRyk: ah i see! i hadnt realized there was a 'wild' category. I thought it was compo/no-compo only.

rexbeng/gpz: as in the other entry, it was me who set it "WiLD" category.

it ain't plain - for you can't PRINT it ; - yet it is great.

so as in former compos, it competes in WiLD as it's PETSCII enough and innovation shouldn't be discouraged but praised somehow. In past compos we've had animations, or ECM experiments for instance, also little demos.

Sure, it is stated in the rules that 'not-plain' releases are to be placed in another category. But I think I did select the 'release outside compo' tag while submitting... Perhaps I forgot to do so?

Like the alternative title suggests, that was an (old/first) attempt to do abstract expressionism using PETSCII. When I felt like I couldnt go any further with this, upon staring at it, I thought there was one form in the middle that seemed like a strange helmet. So I coloured it yellow to make it pop-out. But what was it? Well, between 'a bunny's helmet' and 'unidentified extra terrestrial entity', I prefer the later. The decisive factor for releasing this was my toying with it in C64 Raster Effect Editor. The orange stripe extending to the right is what I had been missing! :P
