Just had a really quick look. It looks like Chime This.
If you set a break point in Vice mon at $3000, run the file, and when it breaks "g 0828" it will decrunch but to the wrong memory location so you need to move 0813 ffff 0800, and then start at $5000. It will freeze after printing the screen though.

Great find, many thanks. This almost seems like a parody of a Streekiller demo, with several "first in the US" and "I didn't rip this" proclamations in what looks to be a very simplistic demo that was thrown together. For example, there are graphics credits given on the two circles and claims of a black logo drawn on a black background ("a first in the US" LOL).

It also seems like there's supposed to be a second page; if you unpack this twice it seems like there's a different set of code and greets scroll text along with a BBS ad. I'm not savvy enough to get it to run though. This part looks to be a lot more legit than the first part, maybe at some point this was a real demo and someone vandalized it.
