Isn't the skulls from an X-Ray-intro? The logo would look great as a font, yes. :-)

Actually as a _font_ the original works quite well. As a logo I find neither very impressive, yet the copycat at least added some pixelwork beyond mere mathematics/geometry (these so-so skulls, though they also look suspiciously ripped, look at bone in bottom left corner)

So someone caught someone not giving credits for sth nobody should be overly proud of anyway. I don't want to deny that's lame, but not sure if it's lame enough to justify such a "Sherlock Holmes Diabolo reveals..." drama release
