Mystery solved lol....
On the disk there were 2 tmb*intro
One with '-' and one with 'fatminus'
My launcher in Assembly64 replaced the fatminus with a '?' and since tmb-intro was first on the d64 it picked that one, which was marked as preserved to 25% :-)
So when i ripped the PRG, it took the already preserved one (which i never looked at, that's why i never have seen it) lol again!

Scooby: I don't know what you checked, but no, it is not the same: the screenshot you made is

and shows the intro from World Cup Carnival
while the download is for a different intro for a "ping pong" release, screenshot replaced.
