@Shine: PETSCII is the charset, nothing else, from what I know. So interpreting the bits of some of the chars through MCOL instead of Hires does not make them not be PETSCII chars anymore.

@Shine: Define "pure"? This does not use any non PETSCII chars, just some of them are switched to MCOL instead of Hires.
