I added the sid, and yes, I padded it to avoid out of range reads to be HVSC compliant.
BTW: .sid files are added only for the lazy bums who can't be bothered to actually run the prg executables, they should NOT be taken into consideration by anyone for the compo, only the executables count.
In some cases I have to add code for fixing inits that don't actually init correctly all their vars, pad data etc., hence growing the size of the tune.

Alright, I figured the init reads values outside the range. Moved out of compo. At some point I may get it right. :)
