BIG SORRY, but this Version is based on the original Tape from Firebird with a dead-end-bug in Level 14, so you can´t finish the game.

Take this instead: https://csdb.dk/release/?id=217093&show=trivia#trivia

@Count Zero, sorry but your favourite H.E.R.O. +6D has a bug in Level 20, you wouldn´t be able to finish the game!

Unnecessary to express my support for the comments by JC and fandenvoldsk - changing the credits - WTF!

However, would have kept calm IF not the following text by mail from a dedicated player named Martin had arrived:

"you cant finish level 14 in this hero version, because in the room after the moving lava walls, the wall has no gap so you are stuck. unfortunately I dont have an account on csdb so I cant comment.

Since it is level _14_ I could be an april 1st joke, or a bug because the end of the game was simply overwritten from bf95-bfff (whole game is in 8000-bfff)"

V2 proper with a deserved +M would come to mind.

PS: Maybe ask Martin to join your team to add to the excessive credits list and finally have "Test" :)

Great highscore release! I wish you also kept the original onscreen credits "Designed by John Van Ryzin" and "Adapted by the Softworks" though

Great work! I especially like the highscore and highscore saveing features to your work of the classics games.

Hey @KAL_123, I gave the ")" a try, but didn't liked it. The "." was the least worst solution in my opinion. Sadly, I didn't had enough space for an extra " " each entry in a 40 collumn textline, but I like it that way it is.

If you don't like it, change all eight "." ($2e) to a ")" ($29) or whatever you want by hand in the one block Highscorefile.

Hey @Jazzcat, that "M" was the best fitting letter I had in mind. Similar to the eight other previous games with added Highscore-Table by me in past.

@Dr. Doom: Thanks, man!

Holy Moses: Nice version! Usually, "M" is for mega trainer (so a cheat initiated by a keystroke in-game like level skip etc)

Nice. Only one thing is not ideal in my opinion. In the highscores, when they appear on the screen, there is no space between the place-number and the score. Therefore it's sometimes a little bit confusing, when there is written for example "1.040000 Name", because 1.040000 can be read as one score (a million and forty thousand). A space between the place-number and the score "1. 040000 Name" or another sign than a point "1) 040000" would improve this alot. Apart this, a good release.

"M" stands for "modified code", because I've build in a Highscore-Table.

Thank you very much, @Shine!

Didnt spot, so might be me or the current date - is there anything apart from the hi-saver which would beat my current favourite version H.E.R.O. +6D ?

Also - "M" stands for what exactly here?
