It would be cool to see this turned into a demo part.
Make the image turn from day to night, night to day, loop for eternity.. .
Maybe add a fancy tech-tech effect to the water.
How about moving objects, planes, boats etc. window lights turning off, on.. on, off..
(not birds, as they mighty kill any sense of scale)

Well done! My favourite in the compo. Lots of small tricks here and there and I like the fact that it's kind of mash-up of different modes from hires to 2x2. Plus as well for the bold use of white against black with the shines in the water.
