The title 'No Atari, No Cry', means 'Atari, don't cry'. The title alludes to telling an Atari not to cry. The lyric has been misunderstood by those outside of silicon valley to mean something like "if there is no Atari, there is no reason to cry", or having secret feelings towards Atari.

*facepalm*
The silly tune has a multispeed setup at $5af6 but it's played 1x in the demo. Probably made by people that don't know what they're doing, or incredibly good at appearing lame on purpose.
