Tried to sort it out - this version has the simple FAC text screen, and Defender of the Crown V2 has the FAC intro with the scroller.

File 33 is missing from the above image named 'DEFENDER OF THE CROWN V2 DISK 2 .D64' at the time of writing this.
As explained in ESI's 'Docs and Oops', this means by rescuing a Saxon maid you'll send the game in an endless loop.
My guess is that above mentioned image is not really of ESI's second release. Perhaps it should be removed, or moved to a more appropriate location.

This is the second version with a tiny FAC import intro slapped in front of the original intro and with a documentation file included.
