Thnx for the comments! @DeeKay : yes, it's the same QCH with some sprites on top and bottom borders. Maybe for the next QCH-pic I'll get a bit more time to tweak the pixels, this one was made in hurry. Like Electric pointed out with his image, this mode has a huge potential, so maybe with next image I'll be able to take full advantage of the mode.

This is mindblowing stuff.. Is it standard hires or that Quarter char hires/Half FLI mode that Electric also used?

If this doesn't work on whatever you're using (=black screen), it is due to the Quiss SHX method for a stable IRQ. To circumvent this, hold down C= plus arrow left upon start!
