Added UCF's docs in a separate d64. It was a separate release from this but this is probably the best place for it. It is a Future-written doc file, not the command reference SEQ file that came with the release.

Replaced the imported version from Softguru through the original UCF crack, containing docs as well. DL counter was at 270. Softguru-version got its own entry: P.H.M. Pegasus .
