Bottom Line: In C=64 scene anything which in 16 bit / PC Game / WhatNot scene might be seen as "Mod" of an original game is a crack. "+M" would be a fitting tag (not for "music" but for "modification"). If this was actually based on someone else's crack (I did not check), also the "Recrack" flag would be set.
