Thanks Walt! I wasn't trying to optimize the image, just happy that it landed on fewer than 64 :) I'm using my own tool and added a highlighter to show where the unique tiles are so I can spot mistakes :) (C64Gfx)

Actually it can be done in 47 chars.

Check it out in the samples folder of the PicConv beta downloadable by FTP from afogh.dyndns.dk (use 'picconv' as user and pass).
