Oh.. I didn't realise there was a standalone version of this. Probably Ninja modified the binary, I can't remember sending the sourcecode..

WVL wrote an article for Go64! explaining the effect. It seems I "onefiled" the part so we could put it on the coverdisk. Not a scene release I'd say. Good that I put the tag in there and that you found it. I would have totally forgotten about it otherwise. Maybe WVL even gave me the source, don't think I recompiled it, but dunno 100% anymore.

Ok, compared with the actual demo, this has been actually heavily altered to show only one effect, it's not just a freeze + some bytes altered, someone actually disassembled, recoded part of it and recompliled, so part of the code is similar but at different offset.
